Czech Republic drops out of Non-EU Treaty/Fiscal Compact

So after five drafts with many more to go, the twenty-seven are now down to twenty-five and the terms get ever weaker.

When the Treaty has no meat nor enforcement powers at all, I wonder if there will still be 12 Euro Group survivors left to bring it into force.

The fact that it has absolutely no relevance whatsoever to the crisis facing Europe as evidenced in Greece, Portugal and Hungary, seems not to have occurred to the EU Council attendees nor their absurd President Van Rompuy at all.

The entire world must either be bemused, in hysterics or scared witless for their own economies!

Now this evening from San Francisco comes this!

Von Rompuy at the White House - Final Act for the EU?

It is nothing short of a miracle that the grotesque EU, with its corruption, decade of unaudited accounts, disdain for the truth and democracy of any type has survived so long!

But the disgraceful joke that is the appointed minion EU Council President Von Rompuy, being at the White House????? takes things too far. Surely the EU cannot now long survive this affront to common sense and decency?

No European citizen has ever cast a single vote for either of the two men, pictured in this link, sitting across from the US President Obama!

All Europeans, about to face destitution and complete economic collapse, should be appalled by this picture. The worst is that none of the european participants, including the joke that is Baroness Ashton, have the first idea of the real scale of the horror they have unleashed NOR what to even begin to do about it.

Two of the EU's comedy team of multiple-presidents - Von Rompuy and Barroso are presently en-route, in flight, across the Atlantic Ocean, to meet with US President Obama, to discuss the EU crisis in Washington tomorrow. Read here.

Two appointees, fresh from the destruction of two democratic governments - one in Greece, the other in Italy, are to be greeted by the Head of State of the United States of America tomorrow, to discuss a crisis over which they hold no mandate, not one single vote, of any elector across the entire European Continent, to either administer, manage or control.

It will be a black day for democracy everywhere, if President Obama, demeans his own office, and the decency of the entire American electorate, should he decide to proceed with a meeting with these two men.

Nick Clegg, Deputy PM of Great Britain - epitomy of all that stinks in the EU

As Nigel Farage stated in response to Clegg's speech to the shaming disgrace that is the so-called European parliament:

"As an MEP he voted for virtually everything that the EU proposed, every regulation, every directive that has created the treacle like swamp of regulations that are strangling British and European businesses. He is personally culpable for so much of the mess we are in, and has no answer for it. He admits that the EU is in terminal decline, yet tells us in Britain that we must remain shackled to its rapidly sinking economic corpse."

MP Bill Cash said it "beggared belief" that Clegg was calling for a cut in red tape and EU directives to boost competitiveness "while in the same breath he leads the UK's leading euro-fanatic party, and for years he actively encouraged over-regulation". Clegg was an MEP between 1999 and 2004. The staunchly Eurosceptic Cash added: "Having swallowed European proposals hook, line and sinker, in Westminster he opposes reform, opposes a referendum, opposes repatriation and opposes renegotiation. So much for reform. It is not enough to say that Europe is suffering from a crisis of competitiveness but doing the opposite in practice." He warned that Britain's influence would decline as the eurozone integrates more closely: "The deputy prime minister can warn all he wants about promises of safeguards for 'a club within a club' but the 17 eurozone countries will act in their own interests and not in the interests of the 27. The result is a two-tier Europe."

Was 'Call me Dave' - conned or duped into his Global Governance Gaffe?

President Sarkozy of France, EU Council and Euro Group President Von Rompuy and EU Commission President Barroso presumably all have separate and  different reasons to dislike the admittedly thoroughly obnoxious British Prime Minister, David Cameron, but the humiliation they have delivered upon him as leader of the British Conservative Party, contriving to get him to present a paper on Global Governance, as revealed on this blog yesterday morning, is a truly spectacular humiliation for all his party members.

The journey back from Perth in Western Australia is an ordeal for even very fit individuals, as I have recently been made fully aware, so how quickly the high-living Prime Minister and his Damascene convert and high-living Foreign Secretary will cope with that journey sufficiently well to then be able to sit down before departing to Cannes, and ready a paper on the totally Conservative-alien and anti-individualistic concept of global governance, will be interesting indeed to observe.

It will be a week tomorrow since David Cameron went before the TV Cameras, flanked by soldiers to either side, to snarl his contempt for his party rebels who had acted honourably the night before in calling for a referendum on the EU, ludicrously claiming he bore no rancour nor ill will towards such rebels, when the absolute opposite was clearly the case for the rest of the country concerning Cameron himself!

Now in similar Flashman fashion, we see this former Bullingdon Bully-boy, preparing to fly off to the South of France and deliver a paper to the nineteen other significant leaders of the world's nations, on how the democracy he has sought to finally kill off in his own country, can now be further demeaned and destroyed across the entire world!

What then is my own answer to my own question in this posting's heading - to have been conned, Cameron's confidence would have to have been won by swindlers, to be duped, however, is to unwittingly serve as the tool of another person. I therefore suggest he was duped, a further fact indicating that under Cameron there can never be any meaningful repatriation of powers from the EU to the UK. Cameron, or perhaps 'call me Dick' would nowadays be more fitting, is quite simply too self-opinionated and downright naive to achieve such a delicate task, or as I first dubbed him on our sister blog, (many years ago when the stupid Tories, first appeared likely to choose him as their leader) on Teetering Tories - 'Vapid'!

The reported death of Muammar Gaddafi marks the end of an era of despotism and repression from which the Libyan people have suffered for too long. Today Libya can turn a page in its history and embrace a new democratic future. We call on the National Transitional Council to pursue a broad based reconciliation process which reaches out to all Libyans and enables a democratic, peaceful and transparent transition in the country

Von Rompuy's role model for EU; Gaddafi reported dead!

Over many decades of my life, the evil spectre of Colonel Gaddafi has hovered in the background, casting a pall of corruption over the Mediterranean Sea and up across Europe, even sometime reaching the inner depths of Downing Street.

At lunchtime today Gadaffi was reported captured in Sirte, reports now suggest that rather than just having been shot in the legs, he is in fact dead. Al Arabiyah is tweeting that this is in fact the case and that shortly they will be permitted to film the corpse.

All this is cause for an immense feeling of both relief and satisfaction. One day the truth of Gadaffi, his role in the original oil price crisis and the long demise of the West will be more widely known and even fully appreciated. I will enjoy a quiet celebratory drink this evening.

The supposed senior of several spurious Presidents for which the taxpayers of the EU are compelled to support in luxury, Herman Von Rompuy, the Lisbon Treaty appointed Head of the EU Council, yesterday saw fit to make the following sick tweet as he flitted around New York:

This as the Head of the US Treasury issued the EU with the following stark and ominous warning:

"The threat of cascading default, bank runs, and catastrophic risk must be taken off the table, as otherwise it will undermine all other efforts, both within Europe and globally. Decisions as to how to conclusively address the region's problems cannot wait until the crisis gets more severe,"  

Kissinger, when he first made his remark that if there were a crisis he would not know who to call for a response from Europe, could never have imagined a near virtual implosion of the world's economy, caused by the EU, while the supposed man in the overall co-ordinating role for the EU was mainly involved in tweeting remarks in Flemish as he jollied around New York.

Italian downgrade by S&P rocks the Euro in Asia & Von Rompuy at UN.

Standard and Poor's cut by one notch to A of Italy's sovereign debt rating, is yet one further move on the march towards reality for the EU.

The lunatic buying of Italian debt by the effectively unsupported ECB can be seen to be even more obscenely absurd as a result of this move, all as so clearly spelt out in the interview in Der Spigel, of yesterday, with the head of the Bundesbank, linked here.

In spite of this move and the ongoing, agonising and offensive negotiations with Greece, the appointed head of the corrupt, unaudited and overspending EU entity, the ludicrous and offensive Herman Von Rompuy will insult some 500 million European citizens by presuming to address the General Assembly of the United Nations on their supposed behalf. Sovereign European Nations states should require their Ambassadors to refuse to attend during this address, as a protest against this affront!

Bank shares slide across Europe

The ECB spent €13 billion on bond purchases last week. Italian and Spanish Credit Default Swaps on their sovereign debt are both up by over 6% today see here.

Confusion amongst Europe's politicians seems to be reaching new peaks even beyond those reflected in the Gold Price. As I type, gold is at $1898.98 per ounce.

Popular Conferences and People's Committees are the fruition of the people's struggle for democracy. Popular Conferences and People's Committees are not creations of the imagination; they are the product of thought which has absorbed all human experiments to achieve democracy.

Direct democracy, if put into practice, is indisputably the ideal method of government. Because it is impossible to gather all people, however small the population, in one place so that they can discuss, discern and decide policies, nations departed from direct democracy, which became an utopian idea detached from reality. It was replaced by various theories of government, such as representative councils, party-coalitions and plebiscites, all of which isolated the masses and prevented them from managing their political affairs.

 The above is taken from Gaddafi's Green Book, linked here, note the similarity with the Committees of the Regions now being consolidated across the EU, by the same secretive elite who have destroyed all our national democracies and economies, which latter result they are using as an excuse to now impose economic governance all across the Euro Zone, which concept is also being pushed by Britain's Coalition Government and vigourously extolled by a Conservative Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, and close ally of a Conservative Prime Minister, David Cameron!

Libya's Committees disguising Gaddafi's Despotism

In Libya, in spite of the Gaddafi family public denials that they were in control, the entire populace suffering from this oppression, knew that the pretence that Gadaffi was not in complete control was a sham, charade and farce.

In the EU as it is presently being led, every one knows that the EU Parliament is powerless and toothless and that the appointed EU Commission is merely a body of espense and gold plated pension accruing bunch of self-serving failed national politicians. The President of the EU Council, Herman Von Rompuy is a plant and the leaders of the former nation states, which make up the council are incapable of either decision or effective action. One week ago today, this ghoulish man was proposed by Chancellor Merkel and President Sarkozy to also be President of the Euro Group, how mind-blowingly scary is that, especially as the non-euro ten will still be required to meet their share of the costs of keeping this creature on the payroll.

But who are they who control and pull Von Rompuy's strings? At least the Libyans knew the name of the despot at the head of their own tyranny? In the EU the huge majority of the hundreds of millions of former voting citizens of parliamentary democracies have yet to realise that they are being blatantly disenfranchised, so much for Europe as a safe haven for democracy!

The role of the EU's Committee of the Regions, is described by the EU itself on this link. The Government's Localism Bill, now passing through parliament, will allow the EU to rule the regions directly from Brussels, by-passing Parliament, and thereafter to keep them in line.

Parliament will levy local fines to ensure the regions pursue the centrally decreed policies - it has therefore nothing to do with localism at all. Merely another brick being cemented into position to bury our sovereignty and independence. Read earlier posts on localism from here.

Look again at the photo at the top of this posting, the smile on the gloating face of Von Rompuy, can now be better understood, can it not?

Muammer Gaddafi and the shame of Europe!

Since September 1969, only two world leader's ever tried to do anything about the revolting despot who ruled a country pressed tight up to the underbelly of the European Continent. These two were Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagen, who in trying to rid the world of this blot on humanity, were denied overflight rights of Europe's mainland nations, for their bombers, by the weak-willed and corrupt rulers who were then also in the midst of forming the European Union, whose first appointed President Herman Von Rompuy, visited Gaddafi as one of his first acts, as may be seen in this video of Nigel Farage's well stated protest, in the obscenity upon democracy that is the European parliament.



David Cameron, in trying to claim credit for Gaddafi's demise, could have saved much bloodshed and brought matters to a close far sooner had he early on reversed his decision and spared the Harriers and used the Ark Royal off Libya. President Sarkozy of France at least was able to supply the aircraft carrier "Charles de Gaulle", how long will that remain the case as the consequences of our leaders' similar incompetence in the economic sphere, continues to be, almost now daily, so vividly demonstrated.

Acceptance of corruption can never be the best course, we have taken 42 years to learn the lesson with Libya, the EU has soured the life and morals of our Continent for almost as long, it is time it too was brought to an end!

By the destruction of the democracy of 27 former nations, a Popperian tyranny remains on the march across Europe, if happily, soon no more in Libya!

Only nations acting as independent sovereign states can best survive the near- terminal, globalised, Western economic crisis, itself the product of the smashing of our democracies, an act essential to have made globalisation first possible!
