EU corruption continuing unchanged 10 years on.

There follow some images of a Daily Telegraph report from a decade ago, on corruption within the EU Budget and accounts. Noteworthy is that it was written by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard regarding Marta Andreasen both still resisting to this day. As too of course is this blogger, who retains such items having suspected that with changing media ownership and the present concentration of media interests, digital records of what was supposed to have been written can be changed. Others may wish to follow this example if they think certain records are worth preserving as they first appear in these even more uncertain days!

Typical EU Bullshit on the EU Budget

France 24 is presently broadcasting in English, "Talking Europe", a load of rubbish from a French MEP, the head of the European Parliament's budget committee. It will no doubt be repeated and eventually be available on that station's website. I urge my readers to view it. A fine example of the garbage disseminated is this response to a question posed regarding possible winners and losers between those wishing a freeze (a cut of course was not mentioned,) and those seeking increases in that budget, was that all of Europe would be the winner as the result would be a compromise and as such everybody wins.

Can one really continue living and breathing and simultaneously have to hear such crap? One day the ability to suppress anger when hearing such nonsense will surely become too great! Later the same guest describes the future of the "brainwashing" (blog editor's description) Erasmus programme and extols the wonders of a baby born in Scotland to parents from Spain and France. Such unions have been underway since prehistory, but this highly paid, pensioned and subsidised moron credits the EU and its "tiny" budget for such unions.

Ten years ago I contributed a long post about Europe not having to become divided without the EU, in response to a query from a German gentleman called Fran on a forum run by the FT (well before it openly demonstrated the closeness of its parent group's views  Pearson with the German group Bertalsman, as it did last week). I will paste those three pages on this blog later today or tomorrow, it is even more valid today!

Tory MPs join Labour to push for EU budget cuts

The Independent - ‎4 hours ago‎
Downing Street made clear that he was not going to bow to their demands - which it regards as unrealistic - to support a reduction in spending by Brussels between 2014 and 2020.

UK again outvoted over approval of an irregular EU budget

Open Europe points out this morning that George Osborne followed all his predecessors in accepting the result of a majority vote over a deeply flawed EU budget, rather than leaving the meeting and refusing to pay. One report from the WSJ is linked here.

This is the seventeenth consecutive year the budget has been approved even after the European Court of Auditors found material errors in EU spending.

The EU where an extra $175 Billion equals Austerity

The new budget for the crisis strapped Continent which is bestrided by the profligate EU, was agreed on Saturday for next year, read here. The fat, corrupt, wine swilling, expenses-wasting bunch of useless bureaucrats will next year spend €129 billion more even than last year, but in the words of the Budget Commissar - still be faced with austerity, as quoted from here:

"I am pleased that the Council and the European Parliament have reached an agreement on the 2012 EU budget this Saturday morning. The increase in payments on 2011 is 1.85%, amounting to €129 billion. This is clearly an austerity budget as most Member States are in the midst of a serious financial crisis."

No EU = No Budget = No EU Commissioners = No EU Costs = No EU Crisis

If 1.85% is 129 Billion the total budget must be nearly €7 trillion, therefore savings in US Dollars must be potentially close to $10 trillion, not peanuts!

How to save €63 Billion this year alone!

The EU Budget for 2011 is illustrated above, as derived from a House of Lords document linked here and on this blog earlier today.

With two weeks to go until we reach the halfway point of the year, and a meeting of the leaders of the 27 EU Member States scheduled before the end of the month; why do not the citizens of the EU press for the whole EU monstrosity to be brought to a halt.

Six months of thought, on what, if anything might replace it, may well lead us to assume that we can well do without it, and save ever greater amounts of money which are planned to increase at 5% plus, every year thereafter. This could be just what Europe's strapped economies really need.

On top of these savings, of course, will be vast extra sums saved on the expenses of our own national politicians in their regular trips to Brussels etc., they too and their hangers-on might also free up extra time to devote to their own nation's problems, instead of wining and dining and concluding nothing can be done!

Cameron capitulates immediately agreeing 2.91% EU budget increase with France and Germany!

David Cameron's first spat within the EU Council resulted in his immediate capitulation. Now we wait for him to concede no referendum on a new treaty!

EU Budget only one of seven ways the EU gets our money

Much hoo-haa will no doubt surround the EU budget being slightly reduced over the next two days by the Council of Europe where Britain will be represented by the snake in the grass David Cameron who has since becoming Prime Minister shed his eusceptic skin and now sports his true eufanatical colours. In exchange for obtaining some small savings he is reported to be ready to agree a new treaty for the Euro Currency members, on the grounds that it cannot apply to Britain thus once again avoiding a referendum while conveniently ignoring the fact that the Lisbon Treaty eventually requires us to join. When France and Germany, now owning almost our entire infrastructure and utilities, decide the time is ripe they will squeeze, we will capitulate - join the Euro and thus be bound by all Eurogroup treaty provisions, we will have no choice - defeated nations never do! The EU Budget is in any event a complete side-show, as it is only one of seven ways in which the corrupt EU siphons our cash to waste in the craziest ways while neverthess destroying growth and any chance of Europe re-gaining prosperity. An EU working paper published in May of this year and written by Alain Lamassoure, linked here, from which I quote the following: III. The vast complexity of funding European policies 12. Contrary to what people might think, the Union budget is far from being the only instrument for financing European policies and, by extension, actions related to common European objectives. In fact, there are no less than seven categories of sources, each of which obeys different rules. (Read the rest from page 4 of 8 on the link above). Cameron is a smooth talking confidence trickster who should not be trusted one inch, watch him over the next few days, his treachery over Europe is approaching levels not seen in the Conservative Party since Edward Heath and Geoffrey Ripon.

Treasures from the theads - number forty-eight

This straight to the point comment comes in response to an article "EU budget rise to go on staff jollies as David Cameron faces pressure to block huge increase for Brussels bureaucrats" in the Daily Mail this morning, linked here, which demands Cameron blocks the MEP demanded increase in next year's EU Budget:

"i would still like my vote on europe. Im a voter i want my vote to pull out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Strasbourg Scumbags grab an extra six per cent

MEPs voted through an extra six per cent for their budget next year, increasing UK contributions to£900 million pounds. Read the full report from Bruno Waterfield linked here. As in Osborne's supposed spending review all vested interests remain protected such as Whitehall mandarins salaries and perks, existing MP pensions etc., etc., etc., so no doubt this budget will likewise be approved by the ex-national leaders of the austerity bearing EU member states with their own eyes on what they perceive as their their own best personal interests.

252 MPS become self-proclaimed Traitors

On Wednesday evening there was a debate in the House of Commons on the coming EU budget for 2011. Read here. An amendment was proposed as follows:

Amendment proposed: (b), leave out from 'the financial year 2011' to end and add

'is concerned at the above-inflation increase being made to Britain's EU budget contribution; believes that, at a time when the Government is poised to make reductions in public spending elsewhere, it is wrong to increase that contribution; and calls on the Government to reduce Britain's EU budget contribution'. -(Mr. Carswell.)

This was defeated by 252 votes to 42. Those MPs who voted 'No' to this amendment, or contrived not to vote at all, will in due course (perhaps starting from next week, when the true scope of the cuts Britain faces will begin to be revealed) be brought to account by those who must eventually return Governance and our national revenues to this country. Among the 42 MPs who voted for the amendment, may we Britons at last detect the formation of a rump reaching a number that could eventually bring the EU subservient Coalition Government down, especially given the realitythat the spendthrift EU now controls most aspects of our national lives even at this point of near bankruptcy. Let EU spending surge!

There is an interesting article in the Daily Telegraph this morning. It is written by Philip Johnston and is linked from here, it reports on the ever rising EU budget and points out that as everywhere else across Europe cuts are in progress, the greedy, insular and blinkered filth who run the EU demand ever more funds for their entirely pointless, wasteful and now happily certainly doomed project. Open the spending taps and let them splurge as they will! Only thus, it seems, might the anger of the brainwashed, disenfranchised and idiotic people of Europe see the ghastliness and corruption in their midst, which their neglect of their democracies has allowed to take form. Another view, written by John Lichfield, on possible alternative futures for the EU is in The Independent this morning, linked here. An interesting quote: They do not envisage (yet) dismantling the binding treaty rules which underpin the single European market. Or the Euro. Or the EU budget. Or the Common Agricultural Policy.

£106,117 PER MINUTE SCANDAL

The Euroland countries are now officially in recession and can ill aff0rd the Euros 134 Billion budget recently published in Brussels. Even less so can the UK as this report from the Bruges Group just released clearly shows: Latest Bruges Group Publication HOW MUCH DOES THE EU COST BRITAIN? The price of the combined direct and indirect expenses of EU membership in 2008 costs Britain £55.775 billion. Set out in the latest Bruges Group research by UKIP MEP Gerard Batten, the full financial burden to Britain has now been calculated. They show a dramatic increase in the costs of the EU - A price Britain cannot afford. Click here to read the full analysis online The facts: * By 2008 Britain will have made total contributions to the European Community (EC) Budget of £230.4 billion gross or almost £68.2 billion net. * By the end of the current EC budget period Britain will have made estimated total contributions to the EC Budget of £315.4 billion gross and £101.4 billion net. * By 2007 Britain had an accumulated trade deficit with the other EU member states of £383.7 billion. * The Common Agricultural Policy costs Britain at least £16.8 billion per annum. * The Common Fisheries Policy costs Britain at least £3.275 billion per annum. * Over-regulation on business costs Britain at least £28 billion per annum. * In 2008 membership of the European Union costs Britain almost £65.675 billion per annum gross or almost £55.775 billion per annum net. FRAUD: * Due to the EU being riddled with corruption it is likely that the equivalent of Britain's entire net contribution to the EU is going into the pockets of fraudsters. THE EFFECTS OF FREEING BRITAIN FROM THE EU: * A BOOST TO THE ECONOMY. As EU red tape is holding back the UK economy by £28 billion, 2% of UK GDP, it is clear that freeing Britain from EU control will get Britain out of recession and get British people back to work. * COST FREE TAX CUTS. As politicians of the three main parties are struggling to explain how they will deliver the tax cuts that the British economy needs they have failed to realise that this money can be found if we stop paying the EU billions of pounds per year of taxpayers’ money. The 2% boost to economic growth created by leaving the EU and slashing its excessive red tape would also increase tax revenue by £10.73 billion. Combine that with the direct savings to the exchequer and it will allow for a 6p in the pound cut in the basic rate of income tax.

EU Budget . The 134 billion euros fraud!

The EU Budget was out today read what the sacked one time Chief Accountant for the EU Commission had to say on this truly outrageous fraud in The Times this morning, linked here. An extract from the evil empires own website is as follows:

Image: EU budget 2009: EUR 134.4 billion - Cohesion & Competitiveness for growth and employment, 44,7% - Direct aids and market related expenditure, 31,9% - Rural development, 10,9% - Total administrative expenditure, 5,7% - The EU as a global partner, 5,5% - Citizenship, freedom, security and justice, 1,1% - Compensations Bulgaria and Romania, 0,2%

Cohesion & Competitiveness for growth and employment

Direct aids and market related expenditure

Rural development

Total administrative expenditure

The EU as a global player

Citizenship, freedom, security and justice

Compensations Bulgaria and Romania
One hundred and thirty four billion Euros not available for spending by the member states and not a centime to be properly audited or accounted for as in so many of the years past.
