Greek Cabinet members threaten resignation!

The Montreal Gazette reports that rifts are likely this evening at 6 pm Athens local time when the Cabinet meets to confirm the firing of Civil Servants, once guaranteed jobs for life, read here, from which comes this quote:

The early Sunday edition of the newspaper Kathimerini said, without quoting sources, some members of the cabinet had threatened to resign rather than approve sackings.

The latest english version of the above-mentioned newspaper, linked here, does not yet mention such a threat!
