CCTV Surveillance gone mad!

Not having been in the UK for a while, I was horrified to learn of the existence of these dreadful vehicles (no, not the hearse!) thanks to a post on Samizdata, linked here.

The notice on the white vehicle states "CCTV Surveillance" Happy Sunday!
