Commons Speaker Bercow echoes this blog's DESPAIR!

House of Commons Speaker, John Bercow, impartial yet holding one of the most powerful positions in the land, read here, has re-iterated the views regularly expressed on this blog in an exclusive report in the Sun on Sunday, linked here, which will be repeated in an interview with Murnaghan on Sky News this morning, a quote:

Mr Bercow said: “To some extent, people are suspicious — or even despairing — of formal politics as a means to give expression and effect to what they want.
“I think there is a wider dissatisfaction, that people feel partly that the parties are still quite similar and perhaps there isn’t a huge choice, and partly they feel, well, ‘I said what I wanted and I voted accordingly, but I haven’t got what I wanted or what I voted for two years ago’.”

Dissatisfaction with the total incompetency demonstrated from nearly all the front bench members on both sides of the House of Commons, worsened by the self-satisfied, self-serving smug buffoons staffing the upper echelons of the civil service, were always certain to evoke a sense of despair in the country at some point, particularly when actual governance has been largely handed to foreigners along with our former assets!
