I will search the final communique for matters of substance when it is available, but based on the reports of the post conference statements I have seen so far this must be ranked as one of the biggest international summit failures of all time.

Interestingly as it broke up, Reuters reports that UKIP's Nigel Farage has branded David Cameron  as the "most pro-Europe Conservative leader since Edward Heath" while calling upon Conservative backbench MPs to join his party, read here.
