Germany Set to Steal the Future Sunshine of France.

Just as Britain has been exploited for its future wind, so too now is France about to be pillaged of its sunshine and vast swathes of its arable land laid to glass.

Were the French to dedicate their land to solar panels instead of livestock or crops none could complain, but as in the case of Britain's onshore and offshore wind resources - German minds and deviousness seem busily at work behind the costly and ridiculous plans.

The European Commission yesterday approved the imposition of emergency import duties on Chinese solar panels, most likely the opening shot in what may turn out to be a vicious and protracted trade war. Read one report of that decision from here. There can be only one cause for the imposition of such import duties, that being cost! Quite simply they are cheaper! The buyers of the panels are being taxed, which cost will be passed to electricity users in the years ahead, just as is the case with British wind farms!

Why should French electricity consumers be forced to buy higher than market priced panels from Germany, sacrifice arable land for generations ahead and commit to pay higher than necessary electricity charges for the foreseeable future? All of this happening right now, just as Chines import tariffs are imposed, one example is this week being discussed in a neighbouring commune to mine, Ronsenac in the Charente, (my own commune already has its own, smaller such facility) to spread in their case over an area of 70 hectares, that being 172.9 acres?

There is one answer to those questions and one answer only - the EU!

But stating that, clouds what the EU has today become, a means of extending German control over the European land mass, not on this occasion for territorial gain as so often in the past, but for absolute economic control already seen clearly across the UK in the actual ownership of vast assets, also of course through the austerity programmes in Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus and Italy but now too, as this example shows, just now getting underway in France. Greed for money and control from Germany now seem to have become the principle, (almost sole,) driving forces of the European Union, and nothing, not even the risk of a trade war with China, seems capable of stopping it.

Only by ending this EU Project can the nations of Europe resume their role of protecting their citizens though tried and tested means of national sovereignty and democracy. If their national governments remain unprepared to act in their protection, where now may the citizens of Europe look for redress from the constant ripping off through hidden taxes and straightforward economic extortion daily obviously underway?

One hundred years ago German Imperialism began to replace the Pax Britannica.

One hundred years ago today the RMS Titanic first arrived at its graveyard resting place on the sea-bed of the North Atlantic. With it perished 1513 people. Among those was W.T. Stead, a founding member and leading light of the secretive Round Table organisation, which thus came under the control of the German Alfred Milner, later becoming 1st viscount Milner.

The Titanic, which was to have served to strengthen the links between the English  speaking peoples of the world, lay instead a useless rotting metal hulk at the bottom of the sea. The dreams for the Round Table organisation, now active throughout the world, may too have been bent to other purposes, which due to its secretive founding principles will never publicly be known. So too its junior feeding organisation, Crusaders, even more secretive and obnoxious in this blogger's experience of its activities, could well have followed.

The demented Kaiser Wilhelm II in Germany must have spent a huge day of celebration one hundred years ago. His crazed dreams in only a couple of years yet to then pass would lead to misery and slaughter on a massive scale, as similar centennial dates will soon pass, one by one to illustrate and highlight the misery this man wrought.

Nazi Germany became obsessive about the Titanic sinking, perhaps sensing the historical pivotal moment  the event represented, and propaganda minister Joseph Goebells spent years and billions in recreating the event, some footage from which can be seen in, "A Night to Remember".

Yet it is only today, through the machinations of the corrupt and evil EU, after all the deaths made pointless in two world wars, that the crazed ambition of Prussian Imperialism that festered in the Kaiser's head is beginning to emerge triumphant, aided by the dreadfully low calibre of Europe's national leaders, who have sold out their peoples' democracies for the unachievable illusions of Toynbee socialism with which Milner's ambitions appear to have been disguised.

What we see in the EU today is a complete abandonment of the concepts of solidarity and mutual co-advancement being replaced by naked asset stripping of countries impoverished by the deliberate mismanagement of the euro common currency. Is Europe now about to witness a repeat of the Germanisation of Alsace and Lorraine as occurred between 1871 and 1918? What is the difference between those dreadful years and today, mainly perhaps, in that Britain now has opted to place itself under German control along with the other economically powerless nations on the Continent.

Fukushima Radiation Risks and German Infantilism!

In early April I alerted my blog readers to the radiation risks in Europe from the Fukushima catastrophe, by a link to this report. The absence of further news since then has been deeply suspicious, now we have been informed that the dangers have been concealed and that the EU Ombudsman is to investigate, read here.

Alerting adults to existing dangers and comparative levels of risk, should be a prime responsibility of any democratic state! No wonder it is missing in the EU!

Germany's early  kneejerk reactions to shutdown certain old nuclear power plants were hardly the sign of a mature democracy at work. If the day before the shutdown the national regulatory agencies were functioning properly and the safety environment imposed by the state had previously been adequate, the events brought on by a Pacific Ocean tsunami, hardly seemed a proper reason for such an alarmist government decision. After all, the day after Fukushima, nothing had changed in the operating environment for German nuclear plants. Had France followed the German lead I imagine, this blog would have been largely silent over the past month or so.

Similarly the announcement by the German Coalition Government yesterday to shut all its nuclear power plants from 2022, linked here is similarly alarming.

This is the nation that presumes to run Europe. German electors, through the ruthless use of their economic power, will in the very near future, if the EU is not soon abandoned, be the only voters in Europe who have any say in how our Continent is run, yet their own elected politicians increasingly treat them as though they were unreasoning children!

Germany grows stronger surrounded by wreckage of the periphery.

The following quote comes from a market report, linked here:

German trade data showed strong growth in exports in March, which the value of goods shipped out of the Fatherland rising to their highest ever monthly value.

The value of exports was 15.8% higher than in March 2010.The value of German exports on a seasonally adjusted basis rose 7.3% to €98.3bn after rising 2.8% in February. The strong rise caught economists on the hop, as they had only expected a rise of around 1.1%.

The trade balance broadened to €18.9bn from February's €11.9bn.

Meantime a team from the EU/IMF will arrive in Greece this week to speed the necessary asset sales which realistically now offer the only means of repaying the ever growing and huge sums of Greek debt! Who will have the money to aquire the huge numbers of islands etc., that will inevitably be involved? Is this 21st century method of conquest acceptable to the people of Europe?

At a dinner party over the past weekend I only half-jokingly suggested that if people were prepared to support a campaign to shun or boycott German products the situation could be reversed. None present, however, were prepared to do without their Bosche kitchen equipment, Karcher cleaning appliances etc., etc., so thus Europe  lies at Germany's feet, to do with what it wills, making the agonies and victims of two 20th century World Wars completely pointless by the end of the first two decades of the 21st century!

Euphoria fading on the EU sell out to Germany

Friday's late night deal, or more exactly the one finally struck in the early hours of the following day, is beginning to receive the critical attention it deserves, rather than the knee-jerk approval initially offered by the markets. The following is from an article by Irwin Steltzer in the New York Times, linked here:

The pressure to do something was irresistible. And what they did was to multiply the moral hazard created by the initial bailouts. The European Financial Stabilization Facility will be allowed to lend €500 billion, rather than only part of that amount under the initial arrangement. And the fund will be extended beyond its planned expiration date of 2013. It seems that stronger countries such as Germany and France will provide callable guarantees, but weaker countries will have to contribute hard cash, although how that drain helps them to grow is unclear. The fund will be able to buy newly issued sovereign bonds at auction, but not older issues held by the ECB, which was hoping to offload the €77 billion in bonds it acquired to support the prices of troubled countries' bonds.

German jackboot increases the pressure on Europe's jugular!

The following are the concluding paragraphs to an article in this morning's Daily Telegraph, linked here, on the capitulation of the EU states to huge sacrifices of sovereignty to the Germans:

Popular revolt is the dog that has not barked since the long slump began. This may just be a question of time. The pattern of the 1930s is that deep alienation starts in year three as austerity grinds on, and in this case tensions on the eurozone perip(h)ery can only turn nastier as the ECB tightens monetary policy.
What is clear is that sovereign states are being forced to cut wages and dismantle parts of their welfare state under foreign diktat, with a gun held to their heads. This will not be forgotten lightly. The character of the European Project has changed utterly.

Further reading on what made 11-3-11 such a dark day for Europe, read here, (even graver than it will eventually prove for Japan, after the dreadful earthquake and tsunami) may be read from this link.

German bullying of Ireland continues into the early hours. France is next target!

The Herald in Ireland reports, linked here, that the German bullying of Ireland following the Friday EU meeting, continued until 02:00 am yesterday morning.

Only time will tell how long Ireland's new government will be able to withstand such pressure, given that all former nations within the EU have rendered themselves virtually defenceless against the economic hegemony of the Germans!

As was always inevitable, now that the asset stripping of the UK has been virtually completed, with a totally compliant pro-EU coalition government in power in Britain, following its Labour Party predecessors with the identical policies that are bankrupting the former nation, the EU must turn elsewhere for future sources of funds.

France is now finally in the EU's sights!  Can Britain thus hope for support from the French against the EU? We must hope so, perhaps this is a glimmer of hope on this Sunday morning full of the hoorifying news from Japan. The moving ceremony I attended yesterday, as recorded on the posting below, offers some historical evidence of hope for such an outcome.

The Appéllation Contrölée system in France gives that country one of its many unique characteristics, these are now within the EU's sights, particularly the special provisions regarding the creation of cognac, read here.

EU bail outs, as explained by Mary Ellen Synon

Watch out Portugal, when interest rates hit 7.5 (tomorrow perhaps) then EU dependency awaits you. The following extract, from Mary Ellen Synon's blog, linked here, reveals the real agenda!

It is important to remember that these bailout conditions for Greece, just like the bailout Eu stars conditions for Ireland, were designed by the EU and not by the IMF. The IMF technique for bailout is first to devalue the currency and oversee spending cuts, then negotiate with bondholders. The reason the EU insisted on being leader in the bailout was to stop that very sensible IMF technique being used anywhere in the EU.
Reason? It would have meant a member state becoming independent of Brussels. The IMF could have helped the member state drop out of the euro. Staying in the euro and paying off all the bondholders, as the EU insists, means recovery has to come the more slow and painful way – by the anti-growth austerity Greece and Ireland are both suffering now.
Of course, this means leaving the people of both countries burdened with loans they can never pay off, and with spending cuts and unemployment levels from which they will not recover for a generation. The bailouts are designed in this way for just one reason, to forge the final link in the chain that will shackle Greece and Ireland, and in turn other eurozone countries, to a centralised European government.

The following later paragraph from the same article seems worth highlighting with red:

The unelected technocratic elite of Brussels see government as being too important, too complicated for the little people to control. Sending in inspectors named Klaus to direct the fiscal and economic movements of the government of a member state is more what the euro-elite have in mind -- what they have in mind now, and have always had in mind.

CME reported to make attempt to save US Capitalism from German takeover.

The leaders of Germany nowadays take less and less trouble to disguise the fact that they already hold the other 26 former nations of the EU under their heel. Now their attention is turning to the US, (see also my recent posting on Thyssen Krupp Steel in America,) where Germany's Deutsch Borse is about to complete a takeover of the New York Stock Exchange.

CME Group, who run the Chicago-based futures exchange, are now reported to be considering making an alternative hostile bid for the home of U.S. capitalism, as may be read from here. Let us hope it materialises!

Irish Times confirms Kenny's Berlin trip not at his request!

Mr Kenny’s visit to Berlin takes place ahead of the five-way leaders’ debate due to be broadcast live as part of the Frontline programme on RTÉ One at 9.30pm.Mr Kenny is scheduled to travel to Berlin on the 7.30am Aer Lingus flight from Dublin. A number of options were last night being considered for his return journey, including the 1.30pm Ryanair flight from Berlin to Dublin.

What Perty leader would voluntarily make such a foreign trip eleven days before a crucial national general election. The fact that the trip is not at the Fine Gael leader's request comes at the beginning of the article in the Irish Times, from which the above is a quote, as follows:

FINE GAEL leader Enda Kenny has accepted an invitation to meet German chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin this morning amid fresh clashes between his party and potential coalition partners Labour over economic policy.

If the clashes are as severe as it appears, surely any independent party leader's priority is their successful resolution, not running off to Berlin for further orders? Now the sham that national sovereignty has become in the EU and German hegemony is fully revealed!
