France's EU Minister says Financial Transfer Tax will pass this year!

This is especially good news for Britain, as it would be electoral suicide for even the rabid EU federalist LibDems to support such legislation, and if it becomes law elsewhere in the EU, there will be a fantastic boom in financial services in the City of London, possibly even leading to our ejection from the doomed EU before the final collapse occurs!
