Finland's collateral deal/bond swap complex enough to befuddle the Finns?

Reading the explanation on the revisions to Finland's changed collateral deal from this report on FT Alphaville, one can only agree with one comment to the article, it seems purely designed to con the Finns into thinking they have gained something of value.
