Ex German Chancellor Schroeder renews call for US of E

The latest report is from CNBC and a Brussels meeting of former EU leaders today, linked here, from which comes this quite:

Speaking at a summit of former EU leaders in Brussels, Schroeder said that a coordinated monetary policy is not enough.
“To solve the crisis today, you have to realize that having a common currency, you can’t only have a coordinated money policy. You must have also a coordinated fiscal, social and economic policy,” said Schroeder.

I have just mentioned this in my latest post - note we are eurorealists now and Cash seems to want to accept EFTA plus which is a trading agreement with political cooperation as one of the questions on a referendum!

Methinks our William is about to 'Cash' in...?
