Tories offer up for grabs their 11,773 general election votes in Oldham
Those wishing to use their votes to make a statement about modern day Britain as delivered by the three main poltical parties now have a perfect chance so to do. This blog recommends firstly the English Democrats as likely to have the main impact on Coalition policies and thereafter UKIP.
