BoE cannot create 150 billion pounds!

The Bank of England, contrary to all the media headlines this afternoon (this report is typical), cannot create one single pound note. It can print money, but the money so printed will be counterfeit and therefore worthless. Our birthright is being stolen before our eyes by Brown, Darling and King and not a political voice is raised in protest. Not a single word of debate on this decision has been heard in our Parliament, where the man responsible for this fiasco has refused to appear to answer Prime Minister's Questions for what will soon be four long weeks.
