Staythorpe Protests

The Guardian has a report on today's protest linked here. It occurs to me to wonder how our British politicians imagine UK residents can survive being ripped off on their energy payments by foreign owned companies who contract other foreign owned companies to build replacement power generating stations to continue ripping off British consumers who by then will have been bled dry paying unemployment benefits to the construction workers displaced by all this foreign labour? Meantime as repeatedly pointed out on this blog, much of Britain's low cost North Sea Gas will have been diverted to the EU to be replaced by swap product at the EUs wholesale price. According to the link from my post below this, the EU might, however, soon be on its last legs - Roll On!
