Sixteen trillion in EU Bad Debt

Bruno Waterfield has the inside information on his blog, linked here. This seems so incredible it seems churlish to wonder whether the EU uses English or US trillions either way the EU is thus surely doomed, even I had been unaware they were burning and wasting money at such a pace!.

Check this other Telegraph article out:

http://tinyurl.com/bh5atc

"National leaders and EU officials share fears that a second bank bail-out in Europe will raise government borrowing at a time when investors - particularly those who lend money to European governments - have growing doubts over the ability of countries such as Spain, Greece, Portugal, Ireland, Italy and Britain to pay it back".

Meaning?

Europe, including Britain has no means to repay the debts and the EU ( and the UK ), are bankrupt.
