Can England allow Brown to destroy its Parliament?

I reported last week, here, that it appeared the UK would be given one less MEP than France in spite of having almost identical populations according to the EU's own statistics! This has to be so unjustified and absurd that it can only be seriously proposed for some deeper, more devious and therefore typical EU style manipulation. I suggest that it is probably one of possibly several other such items deliberately placed in the final version of the draft treaty from the IGC to be later conceded as unfair so that the slimy Scot who now runs our country can claim a great victory in negotiating parity with France in Lisbon on 18th October. Other items too will no doubt be conceded after reports of rows .... all designed to allow the Westminster Parliament to be neutered and handed over to the unelected institutions of the EU. We must now prevail against this weakened administration to honour their promise of a vote on any replacement constitutional treaty.
