CNBC TV reports Sarkozy will give France a FTT even on its own

FTT, Robin Hood tax, Tobin tax, it has all kinds of fancy names, maybe something in French will be more apt if Sarkozy gets his wish and goes ahead with it for France all alone, as happened with the doomed 35 hour week.
