Collective bargaining rights a Treaty killer?

Denmark is worried over Union rights as reported by EU Observer, linked here. It is of no importance what particular niggle or comcern prevents ratification in any particular parliament, just as long as one or more parliaments fail to ratify this dreadful treaty giving the EU an opportunity to correct its anti-democratic direction.
