Germany removes the rights of Greeks, Spanish and Portuguese to the Dole

The report of the abrupt cessation of Hartz IV unemployment benefits to the citizens of several PIIGS countries when in Germany, is linked from here.  This would seem a logical step to take when considering Germany's EU policies of grinding these countries into economic submission, which could be made entirely pointless could their citizens board a train and sign on the dole in Germany.

I wonder if Van Rompuy, Barroso and the brain dead EU Commissioners saw this coming?
