Sarkozy declares Maastricht failed and will call for new Treaty jointly with Germany

In a long speech in Toulon, President Sarkozy announced the fate of France and Germany would be merged, the countries woul converge and with Germany they together will call for a new EU Treaty for the countries within the Euro Zone.
