President Klaus and the June EU Summit

This first rate blog on the EU remains a brilliant exception to the general downgrading of reporting from the Telegraph group. The linked report advises that President Vaclav Klaus, the Czech President, will after weeks of mixed reports, now probably chair the 18th June EU summit, BUT that the main item, Ireland's guarantees ahead of their second EU Lisbon Treaty referendum, will be deferred until July.
