Police and the Taser

The Times article accompanying this video which appears to show a Taser being pointed at prone protestors is linked here. The Times is doing a first rate job of reporting on the now clearly multiple abuses of power surrounding the G20 summit. Less so regarding the 114 people arrested for merely contemplating a protest in Nottinghamshire and reported to involve four separate police forces.
