EU Scrutiny Committee

Asked why only 45 minutes had been allowed on yesterday's Luxembourg agenda, this was justified as being the first agenda item to allow all their say, of which some twenty spoke and some 50 minutes had thus been allowed!!!! Miliband stated that there is a commitment to re-write the English version tying Parliament. Foreign Office lawyer, Mr Thomas, admits including the Charter is a political decision.
