The humble cucumber could deliver the final death blow to the EU!

Spain and the Netherlands are getting set to sue Germany over false accusations over the source of e-coli, at first presumed to be in cucumbers. EurActiv has a detailed report, about which no more needs be said, linked here.

The lesson will be that Sovereign Nations are crucial for the protection of their own citizens and that multinational, non-democratic entities can never provide a substitute.
