Bankrupt Britain - Blame Ourselves

The Government knew on 24th July that savage cuts were inevitable. Read here. A then "Spectator'' journalist challenged the Prime Minister directly with these same staistics from the IFS. The mainstream media has been deliberately silent on these facts throughout the sumer. Politicians did not hold the Government to account although they were warned, see my post of 24th July, linked here, the day this report is dated! Politicians have colluded in the unlawful spending of taxpayer funds throughout this summer which continues to this day and must do so until Parliament re-convenes. Quantitative Easing has been admitted as having failed by the Governor of the Bank of England yet it continues still further worsening the indebtedness of the nation. The HBOS Lloyds merger was a national disaster, again as warned on this blog. In the face of all this, how is it the British people, led by their media, remain silent? How can The Times of London, headline, in its online addition of this morning, on citizens, " in the future" having the right to choose their own Doctor.... have I lost my mind???? Afterthought - having corrected some (hopefully all) of the ghastly typos my astonishment earlier caused- I have indeed gone mad, how else can this report on Barclays Bank's moves to hide and bury their 'poisonous' ie "worthless"assets to the Caymen Islands be true???????
