A Knavish Knight!

The Daily Telegraph this morning concentrates on the Bromsgrove Bimbo and a Tory Knight, Sir John Butterfill, who it reports "was knighted in 2003 for his services to Parliament" ... read the report here and you will probably reflect that most of the services seem to be to himself.
