BBC Bias in Guido Fawkes Downing Street E-Mail Affair

On the BBC Today programme this morning at about 0841 Political Correspondent Ross Hawkins made the following comments regarding a smear campaign run from Downing Street by a close associate of the Prime Minister Gordon Brown. "... but absolutely it is the detail of these e-mails that will matter and because they will come out in drips and drips the story has the potential to carry on going over a number of days and it is simply by that longevity if nothing else to be damaging" Link to the broadcast is here. Link to Guido Fawkes Blog for background and developments here. Background gossip from here. How can a BBC Political Correspondent, with the slightest concern for the good of his country, believe that bringing to the light of day the disgraceful activities of a man so close to the Prime Minister be anything other than for the good of the nation and the benefit of all its people who stand to be better informed of the nature of the people who run this government and therefore be rid of it all the sooner and thereby possibly save many more billions of debt!
