It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that our good friend and stalwart champion of our nation, who fought for our lawful rights and freedoms for as long as she had breath in her body, Mrs Elizabeth Beckett, passed away on Saturday afternoon the seventh of February. We have lost not only a totally sincere friend who put aside her own frailties and suffering out of her love for our blessed country, but a great Lady of this nation. Elizabeth, who in her long life saw this nation at its greatest and latterly its lowest, with her passing has bequeathed us the encumbrance of restoring this nation to its lawful state of self governance and happiness of spirit. We have inherited a legacy we may not betray, for as Elizabeth knew well, the eyes of the oppressed peoples of the world are upon us. Please now pray for Elizabeth, as she prayed for us all every day of her life.
