Czech President Klaus publishes book on Lisbon Treaty

President Vaclav Klaus, the last leader within the EU retaining any grasp on reality with the sole possible exception of his Polish counterpart, yesterday published his response to the Czech Constitutional Court declaring the Lisbon Treaty as in line with the country's constitution. Last week I reported that President Klaus will challenge other aspects of the Treaty not yet raised in the court when AND if the Treaty is ratified in both houses of the Czech Parliament.
