Sterling is sinking but the Euro is a leaky lifeboat

The pathetic President Barroso of the EU Commission who last evening called for yet more billions to be thrown down the drain to rescue a doomed world economy, this morning appears in the papers suggesting Britain is preparing to enter the Eurozone, read here. The situation is grim, but surely not that severe, why join a currency with no united government, economic policy, similarity of economic objectives nor DEMOCRACY to underpin it.
