UK Courts to rule on Referendum on EU Constitution!!!!!!

Finally a sign that something in the British system of governance might still be working. A huge thrashing at the polls for the despicable Labour Party presently down 381 seats and now this:- Stuart Wheeler has won the right for a court to carry out a judicial review of the immoral and squalid breaking of Labour's election commitment and promise to hold a referendum on any replacement of the failed Constitutional Treaty.
