Czech Senate to send Lisbon Treaty to Constitutional Court

It is impossible to believe this EU Reform Treaty does not have drastic constitutional implications for all the nations of the EU so this report today is both very good news and extra welcome as the first piece of responsibilty from an EU member states' parliamentary chambers for a long while.
