Spanish socialist Solana switches stance on Sovereign Soil

BRDO, Slovenia, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Turkey's land offensive into northern Iraq to hunt down Kurdish PKK guerrillas is not the best way for Ankara to deal with its concerns about attacks, EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana said on Friday. "We understand the concerns of Turkey ... but we think this action is not the best response.
