PM Heath, Wiltshire Police Inquiry & the Vienna Treaty Convention

If there is sufficient cause to run this Wiltshire  police inquiry on ex PM Heath (deceased) forward into the future, as planned; then there must be sufficient to make probable that Heath behaved in such a manner  that he may have been open to coercion when putting the UK into the EU.

The Vienna Convention on Treaties,  Article 50 and/or 51 may thus apply to our  Brexit, rather than Article 50 of the Treaty on European Union.
